Payment Information

Dr. Mangot’s office is a fee-for-service practice, which means that we are non-restricted providers. As a courtesy to you, we will accept your insurance co-payment from your carrier. You will be responsible for the balance for treatment completed.

We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. We can help you create a payment plan with third party financing through Care Credit Healthcare Finance. Also, we do offer an in-office dental plan. Feel free to call Allana and ask us about these options.
